30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

• Log into your account and go to Order History
• Select the order and items you wish to return
• Print the prepaid return label (UK orders only)
• Pack items securely and attach the label
• Drop off at your nearest collection point

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
